<p>READ TO ME is a fun and interactive reading program, sponsored by the Clark County Education Association (CCEA) that fosters love for reading. The Community Foundation&#8217;s goal is to provide educational opportunities for teachers and to enhance educational growth for financially disadvantaged students in Clark County.</p>

Jorge Betancourt Polanco can be called a publisher&#8217;s double threat &#8211; he wrote and illustrated his first book which was awarded a Moonbeam Award for best bilingual children&#8217;s book and was also named a Mom&#8217;s Choice Award winner in the bilingual and illustration categories. Jorge’s distinctive style can also be seen in <em>Granny McFanny</em>, which won a silver award for distinctive illustrations by Mom’s Choice Award judges.</span></span></p>
